Actions are counted across your organisation. Examples include leave requests, onboarding steps and payroll runs where payroll is included. Procurement requests, approval chains and budget checks count on plans with procurement.
Free includes 1,000 actions per billing month and 5 GB of storage. Pro includes 10,000 actions and 50 GB; Elite includes 100,000 actions and 500 GB. Employee count does not change the flat subscription fee.
Actions reset each billing month and do not roll over. Storage measures the information you keep, rather than a new upload allowance each month. Free requires an upgrade above its limits; paid overage rates are listed on the pricing page.
